Great Printer

DO NOT USE THE CD TO INSTALL!!! Go to Epson.com and install there. I used the CD and after 3 hours, I talked to tech support at staples and he recommended me to use the web site. 20 minutes later, I am up and running. Hope I have as much success w/ the printer.

I was initially very excited to be able to print from my iPad. This was the selling point for me. Unfortunately, this printer is a lemon and does not work. I purchased another set of ink tank replacements when I purchased the printer, and have found it to be very expensive to use. I have barely used this printer but have already had to replace all the tanks. I am having problems with the black ink head. It does not work. I have cleaned it both automatically and manually repeatedly - which has only succeeded in using up lots of ink but not repairing the problem. This printer is completely unusable and I have not printed more than 30 documents since I owned it. I am completely dissatisfied and feel like I have totally wasted my money on this printer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was a victim of "printerphobia," - something always went wrong with previous printers. This model may have cured that. I don't have a business so speed or volume isn't really an issue. The scan icon on the desktop makes scanning easy. That may be a non-event for the professional but I never scanned before. For personal, home use this is a nice little printer.

Had the printer for 1 day. Printed about 15 pages and the unit would not print anymore, saying it was out of ink. Very frustrating.

Epson XP-410

I have spent way too much money on printers in the last couple of years and now I have found the best little printer that I have been looking for. It is the Epson XP-410 and it works better than all of the others I have had in the last 3 years. Thanks Epson for making this fine little piece of equipment. Now my home office is complete.

My old Epson CX 4800 just died. I read reviews

Cool printer. Got it up and running in about
20 minutes. Printed a few documents.
Quiet and pretty fast.

Great printer

This was the easiest printer to install. Currently I have a Windows 8 laptop hard wired to the printer and a Macbook Pro OS X 10.8.5 using wi-fi and the set up went very smooth. Copies & prints & scanning all work well.

We were looking for a compact scanner/printer and the XP-410 has worked out perfectly. We do mostly scanning and some printing. Both the scan and print quality are excellent for a device in this price range. It was easy to set up on our wireless network - it took me about 25 minutes from start to finish following the easy to read instructions. This is not a high capacity machine, so if you are looking for something that is fast or if you do a high volume of copies or scans you should probably look for another device. Excellent product for what we use it for!
