Doors/ice maker

Our french door bottom freezer works well with 2 exceptions. First the doors don't close easily. We have inadvertently left them not fully closed. Also the ice maker does not stop making ice when the container is full. Ice cubes overflow.
Pros: Quality, Style/Design
Cons: Features/Settings

Good buy

This machine is very well designed and made, with one exception. The "deli" drawer requires that both doors be open when the drawer is pulled out. This allows larger cold serving trays to be placed in the deli drawer than would otherwise fit through a single door, but it also maximizes the drainage of cold air from the compartment when accessing the deli drawer. It would be better to have had the deli drawer split, but with a latching device to manage both trays as a single unit when you have large diameter trays to place in the deli drawer. With the latch disabled, you could access either half of the deli drawer though a single open door.
Pros: Performance, Features/Settings, Quality, value
Cons: deli drawer design

Good Product Poor Documentation

I have owned this product for several months. While the product appears to be quite good, I was very disappointed in the quality of the manual that came with the product. Clearly, it was not proofed by an American who has a strong command of the English language. This makes me wonder that, if the manual is so poor, what is the quality of the product to last a long time.
Pros: easy to use, Features/Settings
Cons: poor documentation

So far this French Door Refrigerator has been great to use. The stainless front is easy to clean and looks awesome in our kitchen.
Very much enjoying the new fridge. Very quiet, energy efficient, keeps things a even temperatures. Ice maker is robust yet quiet. Despite lower volume due to counter-depth size, still have plenty of space for all of our food in both fridge and freezer. Definitely the best price for a stainless silver counter-depth fridge--I really shopped around.
Only negative has been that the location of shelves on the doors is not very flexible. In order to fit a bottle of wine upright on the door, I had to remove a shelf entirely.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality
Cons: flexibility

Love the lower drawer freezer

I bought this model specifically for the freezer arrangement and I really like it. The ice maker is a little noisy when filling with water, but otherwise the appliance runs quietly. Overall appearance is very nice. The only problem I have found is an inability to arrange the bins on the doors to my liking as the deep bins can only be in a certain location and therefore the other bins cannot be moved to accomodate tall bottles. Also both doors have to be open to access some of the produce drawers. I like the door open alarm feature, but it is annoying when trying to load many items.
Pros: Style/Design, Features/Settings, Quality
