Trouble City

After replacing the black ink cartridge the printer stopped working. It could not be turned off. After unplugging & replugging it, lights flash continuosly & did not respond to any button. This was repeated, and results sadly remain hopeless. I am returning the printer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
