I will not be purchasing any more HP Printers. The Black Cartridge that I just purchased did not work towards getting the printer to print Black! This is the 2nd HP Printer that has quit printing black for me. The first was an HP Photosmart printer! Since you make a ton of money on your cartridges, I will be buying other products for my printing needs!

These "economy" ink cartridges are way overpriced and dry out in less than a year! You claim they print 200 pages but in one year time I print less than 50 and then they dry out.

I recently bought a HP910 BLACK. Opening the package was extremely difficult. Removing the orangeplastic cover was a NIGHTMARE! It wold not budge, but finally popped off, spouting evverywhere! I got more ink on myself than was needed for 10 pages! This did not happen the last time-a little hars, but not like this. The cartridge worked fine in the printer, but I did some drastic cleanup on cartridge and myself. Not happy!
