This product is about average I'd say. The print is fairly crisp. The problem is that it doesn't last long. The longer lasting cartridge costs a lot.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this cartridge to replace a nearly new 901XL that had malfunctioned. It did the trick. It will take a while to determine if this rather expensive cartridge stands the test of time. The printer that requires this cartridge-type is somewhat of a disappointment.
