Product arrived just on time. It also had no broken parts, no fractures to it, no scratches. It was sealed tight and it works super well.

I think you sent me used ink

I waited 7 days for the ink. When it arrived, I opened the brand new package (good thing I bought TWO), installed the cartridge. Printed 8 pages and it said it was out of black ink. I turned the printer off, turned it back on, it didn't print. I installed the second cartridge and it has worked fine. But, since I didn't purchase at a store, kinda tough to return the product. All in all, waste of money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
