I ordered my printer cartridges and they were delivered quickly without any shipping costs. Gotta love that! I use my printer daily and it's nice to know that it won't be out of commission very long if I run out of ink. Thanks, HP!

The ink was very black. I liked the way the black ink looked on the paper. The overall blackness of the ink gave me a warm feeling.

LIKE I EXPLAINED IN THE SURVEY. I WISH SOMEONE WILL TELL ME TO BE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH A PRODUCTS THAT I BOUGHT AND PAID BUT DIDN'T GAVE A REAL SATISFATION WHEN IT DIDN'T PERFORMED SATISFACTORY. ACCORDING TO YR CO. IT WILL GIVE 190 COPIES AND I ONLY GOT NOT EVEN 120 COPIES. THE PRINTER ITS WORKING PROPERLY BUT THE INK ITS BAD. PLS CHECK INTO THIS IF YOU CARE. I BEEN A CUSTOMER SINCE 2011. EVEN I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO BUT A NEW PRINTER HP ENVY 4500 WIRELESS.

The ink lasted for less than a month and I don't use the printer every day....only a few pages a week at most!
