Happy that it went in and works... but there really should be a better way to KNOW if it is necessary... I got an indicator message that said INK LOW, but then I checked the supply levels.. and black seemed FINE! then I went to put the NEW one in.. and the OLD one sounds like there is PLENTY?? Too bad I just don't know... if I am wasting my time and money..... :(

Ordered on line two pack installed new cartridge and it will NOT align. All documents come out with fuzzy/blurred letters. tried to force align but will not do it. Must be bad cartridge. Very unhappy never had this happen before.
