[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this printer (J4580 ALL-IN- ONE) about 4 or 5 years ago, and haven"t had a problem with the printer or the computer. As a matter of fact, the only systems I've ever bought is a Hp system and printers.

I always buy HP ink for my printer. I have tried other brands but always come back to HP. The Color is true and it does not fade like other brands. Actually everything I purchase is HP. My HP Printer is 11 years old and still going strong. I am an HP person for everything including my desk top and Lap top computers.

I have tried the refillable cartridges and not satisfied. The HP cartridge is best and gives good color . I just wish it did not cost so much as I print a lot.
