Wonderful Dishwasher

Amazing, except dishes not always dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this unit installed for about 3 months. Everything about it is amazing, except the dishes are usually not all dry upon removal. There is no longer a visible heating element like in older dishwasher models. I have to open the dishwasher right after it has completed its cycle to let the steam out. If I wait until it cools down, then many of the dishes are damp when I open it. I changed the settings to the maximum water temperature, and that helps, but does not completely eliminate the problem. Perhaps there isn't good ventilation in this system to let the steam out. Also, the unit smells when the door is opened if has been left closed and any water remains (e.g. from rinsing the crud off of dishes). Again, perhaps it needs a better ventilation system, or antimicrobial coating on the inside. Note: the hottest setting will shrivel (melt) the cheaper Ziplok Tupperware containers if they are left on the bottom rack.

Very quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this installed for about 3 weeks. We are very happy with the cleaning quality and how very quiet it is - don't even know that it is on! It is taking a while to learn how best to load it, because of the variety of racks and positions, but we are getting better at it daily. The photos in the user manual are very helpful
