Moved it from our previous home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In our new home we have an open concept where our kitchen and living space are all undivided. Having a dishwasher that is super quiet is an absolute must because we couldn't enjoy TV after dinner over the sound of a noisy dishwasher. We have recommended Bosch to friends and family.

Love the third rack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher 2 years ago and it has performed very well over that time. My only complaint is that the buttons on the outside sometimes feel a bit stuck, although that so far hasn't affected performance. The third rack for silverware is a tremendous feature.

Great Appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a replacement for my old Bosch dishwasher which last almost 10 years. This new one is even better - very quiet, sparkly clean dishes and glasses. I like third rack for silverware. Another great future - adjustable racks! I can now fit my tall glasses and cookie trays. Easy to load and unload. Would recommend to read instructions - very useful, has a lot of tips how to load, how to make it work more efficient (you can actually adjust the setting based on your water softness)

DISHWASHER

It is the best dishwasher we ever own. We are currently remodeling our ktichen and plan to purchase other bosch appliances and accessories for the project. I hope our expectation will continued to be met.

Very nice appliance

Ilove the quite efficiency and easy to use dishwasher. The only hicup is it that I have is getting the Rinse Aid into the receptical without spilling it. I"ve taken to using a small funnel. Also the tines are at angles that make it a little inconvenient to get some mixed loads in and therefore reduces the amount of articles I can clean so end up doing more by hand. I had a Kitchen Aid for the last 20 years and so this one I'm still getting used to but would definitely recommend it.

Best dishwashers

Cheap parts

The door made a loud clanging noise that ended up being the result of a broken thin rope and plastic connector that held the door open. I'm afraid to ask if this is the best that Bosch can do for a rather high priced appliance.

Perfect Dishwasher Except One Major Issue

I have this diswasher for almost 6 years. It does a good cleaning job and I barely have had any repairs (except a minor one a few years ago). I Iove it expecially for its extremely quiet operation. However, I have one big complaint about the dish rack designs. The 2 racks seem designed for plates and cups, not for bowls and pots. As I use bowls a lot and pots for daily cooking, I am frustrated that I have to do the difficult cleaning of bowls and pots by hand, and put the easy cleaning dishes in the dishwasher. I know a lot of people, especially Asian Americans who use rice bowls, etc. would have the same opinion like me. I wonder why Bosch does not offer 2 or 3 different designs/layouts of the racks (more space for plates, or more space for bowls, or a lot of flexible space) so customers can choose whatever suits their needs, I don't think that's difficult to do. If I can buy one or both racks that can more easily fit my bowls, my dishwasher would be perfect!
