Exceeds my expectations!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's so hard to find appliances now that exceed my expectations, but my new Bosch dishwasher is everything and more I expect it to be! I am thrilled to report that it's so quiet that I have to check the floor light to be sure it's running. The adjustable rack and tines make it versatile to load good china or pots and pans. I love the 3rd rack for large knives and the wine glass stems stay nestled and cushioned on rack 2. All the dishes come out exceptionally clean with no spotting and the sleek, stainless appearance gives my kitchen a modern look. Mostly, I love my Bosch dishwasher because it does the work and allows me to spend more time with my family and friends. And that's the most important thing of all to me!. Thanks for a terrific product that we will enjoy for the upcoming holidays and many years to come.

Nice design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dish washer about 3-4 months ago. The design make loading very easy and improves cleaning. The 3rd tray was an excellent idea and make washing knives and larger kitchen tools a breeze. In addition, the ability to wash in a quiet manner is very appreciated.

good cleaning, but lousy drying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent cleaning and really like the top 3rd drawer. I use that for most of my silverware.
The downside: the top rack is not completely or adequately enclosed at the back, allowing items to fall to the bottom. The silverware tray on the bottom rack has a top which often does not accommodate my silverware set/ Often have to take the top of it off

Very quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is very quiet and love the red light to let us know when the cycle finishes. WE like the way the bottom rack is set up so we can easily load and unload the dishes and there is enough space between the bottom and second rack for larger items. However, it is not wide enough. There is a gap on both sides from our previous dishwasher that had to be filled. It should have been closer to a standard size. I am sure the inch or 2 on both sides would have added room in the interior. The silverware third rack is only compatible for thin utensils. Ours are a bit bigger and do not fit neatly. And that third rack doesn't give our tall glasses enough room to close the second rack. So we had to take out the third rack. Kind of a waste. The racks themselves are not all that sturdy and seem rickety. This is our second Bosch and the previous one was much better. It was sturdier and larger.

Great dishwasher

It's extremely quiet- SilencePlus, you won't hear that is on, you'll only know by the red light on the floor. I like that it offers many wash cycles: heavy, auto, normal, express, eco, rinse and different options: delicate, half load, extra shine, sanitize, delay (up to 24hrs) For everyday I use eco mode with extra shine, the cycle is on for 2 hrs and dishes come out sparkling. I use recommended drying aid. Everything is dry, even plastic containers. I love the third rack for silverware, I don't use the silverware basket, which gives me more room for other dishes and pots/pans. It looks great in my kitchen next to my Bosch range. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.

3rd Bosch in 13 years! Why oh why another!?....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So here I am with another Bosch, swearing the whole way to the store I would not buy another one! In 13 years I have had to buy a brand new one three times and replace parts once! crazy bad results, it seems that at the five year mark BAM BROKEN! But its hard to walk away from the bells and whistles and the quietness of a Bosch and the reputation, even tho the reputation with me is not good, yet like any bad relationship it's got me questioning "is it my fault? Should I have babied it more? Given it better fancier water? WHAT could I have done differently because everyone loves it, it must be me!?"... So here I am in love again with the dishwasher that keeps breaking my heart, its so quiet, has a fancy utensil rack I adore, adjustable height racks, holds even more dishes with its updated layout, and oh is it handsome shiny and stainless steel! Now if it sticks around for a good LONG while I can forget about our past baggage and live happily in our future.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

3rd tier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a Bosch with 3rd tier for silverware and utensils but in our reno, replaced it with a 2 drawer model by Fisher Paykel. Big mistake. 4 years later, the FP could no longer be repaired. Back to Bosch and back to larger capacity, less rinsing, etc.

Very quiet and washes great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using it for 3 weeks and can't say anything but an absolute comfort and joy of using this dishwasher! It is super quiet, very well built, has a 3rd top rack for silverware (which actually eliminates the need of a separate silverware vertical loading rack to have more place for plates and large items on the bottom rack) and have everything included in the package (all the hoses and a power cord). I hooked it up myself and saved on installation fees, plus I did it the way I like. Highly recommend this dishwasher!
