My 1992 model was still running - it was better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a Bosch dw since 1992. Three things were better w it: heater on bottom, better grinder (this one smells and has to be cleaned every week or more); previous model loaded better in the bottom. I gave it to a friend but wish I still had it. I've had this one since October.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this dishwasher about 3 weeks ago has a large capacity we can fit many more dishes in it then our old maytag. It is very quiet, and I like the idea of the light on the floor showing it's running it's that Quiet! It also cleans very well.

Looks, design, features - I LOVE it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had been looking for awhile to replace our old dishwasher. So glad to find this gem. The top rack for large utensils or tableware is awesome! We also like being able to raise and lower the second rack depending on what glassware we are using and then being able to configure the lower rack as well. Very flexible! We are very happy with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product about 3 weeks ago and the first unit delivered did not work properly, it kept giving me an error code. I called the store and a week later they replaced the unit. The second code works well and we love that we can just put the dishes in the machine with a minor pre-rinse and they are cleaned thoroughly. We love the quietness of the machine and you only know it is running when the light is shining from the bottom (great feature).
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrify experience!!

I got this dishwasher last year and I had a terrifying experience with it! The dishwasher made my glasses explod! This happened twice with two different glasses!! When I contacted the company they made me wait for almost two months saying that they have to review the case. I had to call Numerous times and they finally said that there was nothing wrong with the machine. When this incident happened I got several cuts on my body but they didn't care. My dishwasher was almos new and I asked them to replace the dishwasher but they didn't do it! I couldn't believe they would take the chance of something worse happen to me!!! Today I felt something weird with one of the glasses, it didn't break but it was weird.I am afraid of my dishwasher and I am stuck with it! Unbelievable! They don't care about their customers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my 15 year old Asko with this dishwasher and it was far sturdier than this thing,I havent even ran it and i'm not impressed.
In who's world does a door that flexes a half inch if opened from anywhere but dead center equal quality?
Seriously?
It's probably going back without a single load of dishes going through it.

German ninja

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did a lot of consumer research on dishwashers before I decided on this one. European dishwashers are quieter, more energy efficient, and interior space efficient than American dishwashers. The trade off is there is no built in food disposer (quiet), no interior heating element (extra space/3rd rack). The Euro dishwashers use ambient water heat & rinse aid to dry. This results in wetter dishes at the end of the cycle; and one will need to let the dishes and the interior air dry and/or towel dry the dishes. Rinse aid makes a huge difference in the amount of moisture; I use Seventh Generation which is more eco friendly. Anyways, this dishwasher is great. I love the 3rd utensil rack and the adjustable middle rack. I got it in black and it is truly stealthy so I call it my German ninja. I also appreciate the half load option since we don't always fill it everyday.
