[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always bought the big named American appliances. Switched to Bosch 800 series dishwasher based off independent reviews. Dishes, glassware and silverware are clean, spotless AND dry. Incredibly quiet and efficient. This is the best appliance I have ever owned.

Ultra Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife thought the red indicator light that shines on the floor was really cool. Guess what, you need it to know the dishwasher is running, it's that quiet. The top silverware rack is a great feature, saves space and unloading is easy and organized. The bottom rack is a lot different than other washers we've had so loading seems to take a bit to get used to such as placing cutting boards and sheet pans. Dishes come out clean, long run cycle.

The Silence is Indeed Golden

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this model two months ago and I am extremely pleased. I hate any amount of noise and needless to say I hardly used my previous dishwasher. I would wash the dishes by hand so I wouldn't have to listen to the shake, rattle and roll of the dishwasher. I even trust this model with my nice every day flatware and porcelain china - it does an excellent job on both. Truly happy I made this purchase.

Disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had purchased a mid-range Bosch for our last home less than 5 years ago and it was unbelievable how great it was. It would clean baked-on Crock pots! When I needed to replace the dishwasher in our current home, I wanted another Bosch just like that one ... but those are no longer made. I upgraded to this higher-level model. It is a horrible disappointment. We need to wash the dishes before we put them in the dishwasher. The top rack items must be very clean - or items don't come clean. Even though this is supposedly rated quieter than my last Bosch, it is actually noisier. Overall disappointment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Clean and Bright Dishes, Glasses, Everything

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 3 months ago and waited a while to review it so I had a decent amount of time to use this dishwasher. Before I bought it I was concerned about some reviews that the dishes come out a little wet since Bosch doesn't have a heated drying cycle. Well I am not at all concerned now. I always use a rinse aid and often use the sani-rince option. The dishes come our completely dry. Sure there may be some water in the bottom well of glass but I had the same issue with my previous dishwasher that had heated drying. My wife and I are very pleased with how clean everything gets. It took a little while to get use to the loading but now we are used to it and I really like it. I also prefer the top flatware tray over the baskets.
