Easy installation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this just a couple weeks ago to replace our Electrolux that died. Installation was much easier than the Electrolux. We ran a quick rinse cycle and it had a little leak with the air gap. So we fixed that and then tried it again. No leak. Loading the dishes was easy. Love the 3rd rack! I've got to get used to the vent on the bottom that can't be covered. Super quiet! We hope to have this dishwasher a long time. Great buy. Love the look of the outside. Lots of features that I like....change the volume of the finish ding, change the amount of jet dry you use, up to 24 hour delay, etc. I have had other bosch products and have been impressed with the motor durability of this brand.

Quiet and water efficient

Quiet*Efficient*Quality

It has been everything the other reviews have said and have not found any negative items to list. Only confusing part was trying to figure out an efficient way to load the racks with dishes, need to get use to new layout of them.

another great dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In our previous home we replaced our appliances with a Bosch dishwasher and gas stove that we loved using. In our current home, we waited until we remodeled our kitchen to replace our appliances with Bosch. This 800 dishwasher cleans, dries, and is as quiet as our previous dishwasher. The 3rd top shelf took awhile to get used to, but now we love the space it gives us on the bottom. Our only problem is that the bottom rack comes off the track daily and is becoming a nuisance. This never happened in our previous dishwasher, and seems to be a design flaw.
Also, many people complain about not having a heated dry cycle. I never used a heated dry cycle because I feel it isn't good for my dishes and it also wastes energy.
