Vert disappointed

I purchased this product in excitement! I have always heard great thing about BOSCH....upon the first few months I was happy....as the first year went on I noticed that some of my utensils were left rough in feel and has a gray residue that was coming off while I cooked. Now, I am unable to use the rinse aid, which seemed to be causing the problem.....only issue here is that now that I am not using rinse aid, my dishes are never dry....so now I have a dishwasher that doesn't dry. ALSO- the wheels on the bottom rack pop off very easily, the adjustable racks don't stay in place very well and the top rack water arms come off. I would never purchase this product again and probable not purchase a BOSCH in the future...also- The delay start button is in a bad location....gets hit too easily and you have to go through the 25 hour cycle.... after only 1 year of use the letters and numbers are rubbing off.... if I don't clean the dishwasher every week it doesn't clean very well- with or without rinse aid.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We've been using this dishwasher for almost a year. No problem, does a great job, and very quiet. Wouldn't know it's running except for the red light that shines on the floor.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Dishwasher

Just purchased and have only used once, the racks are user friendly and look forward to using the top (3rd) rack. Replaced a brand X that kept blowing hoses off underneath and flooding the floor. The safety feature that prevents leaks brought me to the Bosch.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Total Bosch quality. I own all Bosch stainless steel appliances in my kitchen, and my washer and dryer are Bosch as well.
This dishwasher is super quiet,the LED light lets you know it's on, and I love the 3rd rack for silverware.
I want quality, that's why I chose Bosch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'd been wanting a Bosch dishwasher since we moved into our current home 6 years ago. When our old dishwasher abruptly stopped working I did not think of calling a repair person but headed to the store to order my Bosch! It is unbelievable how quiet it is. If there wasn't a red light letting me know it's on I would not know it. It does a great job on the dishes and I love the third rack. There is a tremendous amount of space for eating and cooking utensils. I only wish I had space for a second one for big family gatherings but since I hate doing dishes by hand I fill it up and just do a second load later!
I would recommend this to a friend!
