Lower rack is useless

If you only have plates, the lower rack is fine. But there is nowhere to put
Pyrex or Tupperware containers, pots and pans, etc. i would NEVER buy this dishwasher again. It cleans well enough, but if you can’t put your dishes in it, there's no benefit.

Very frustrating

I was excited to buy what I thought was a premier brand. It has some great qualities such as very quiet and cleans just fine. However, every time I load it full of dishes I get very frustrated - the bottom rack repeatedly falls off the track and with dishes on rack it is very difficult to get back on track! It is not very old but I am already ready to buy a new one to end the frustration!

Best dishwasher out of a few dozen I've owned. Can't do without the 3rd rack now. Dishes come out the cleanest consistently. You have to look at how the jets spray and load the dishes properly in order to get the best results. Very, very quiet. Only negative is that it has too many features and I've never used them. Just turn on and clean the dishes is all I need.

I'm in the 'disappointed' side of the fence....

Built a brand new house and moved in Nov.17 - and have used it daily through the holidays and find that it comes up short. While yes, it is quiet, and yes, that 3rd rack is nice. But, to try to clean a drinking glass upright or to hold a wine glass - epic epic epic fail. I've had more broken glassware in these 3 months than in my life as an automatic dishwasher user. And the plastic clips that are suppose to help? Well, those fell off immediately and I've been unable to get them to attache, let alone work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features and quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely love our new Bosch dishwasher!! We no longer have to scrape dishes before we load them, and it is so quiet, we can watch tv while the dishwasher is running. It has great features, and it has a 3rd rack for longer serving utensils.
