Upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded from a Bosch purchased 5 1/2 years ago which had not been installed properly. This is a higher end model, professionally installed, and the improvement is vast. The loading configuration is beautifully laid out and our dishes come out clean, dry and sparkling. Added bonus, the sleek handled exterior looks terrific.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Is it really running!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are so glad we switched out our old dishwasher for this one. It is whisper quiet and does a fantastic job cleaning the dishes. The third shelf is very useful for larger utensils. Couldn't be happier with it.

Best dishwasher by far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher we replaced was also a Bosch - it too was quiet but not nearly as quiet as this 800 series. Without deliberately listening, we can barely tell it's running. The "InfoLight" is a nice feature - it makes it easy to tell at a glance from a distance that it is still running. We also like the ease of use and clean look of the hidden controls. The 3rd rack is also a great feature - we now have an additional loading option for the oversized cooking utensils. The RackMatic rack height adjusting feature is also appreciated. The only thing we would change is that with our old unit, it was easier to load silverware - since the basket was in the front, we were often able to just partially open the door and drop it in. Now we have to completely open the door and fully pull out the bottom rack to access the silverware basket. Since we are both tall it just feels a little awkward, but I'm sure we'll get used to it. Overall, this is just what we wanted; quiet, efficient, dependable (because it's a Bosch) and looks good too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had bad luck with other brands of dishwashers in the past- some needing service in the first few months, and most only working well for a few years. Customer reviews, and the salesperson at Lowe's, pointed us in the direction of Bosch. So far I love the simplicity and the upper flatware rack is very convenient. I'm hoping that it lives up to it's reputation over time.

Very quite, Wife has issues with running a load

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded to this Dishwasher when our old unit started to malfunction. This new washer is very good. I do have to knock it for having the metal tongs that hold the dishes are a little too close together for the type of thick Fiesta dishes we use. It would probably work better for thinner dishes. My only complaint is starting a load cycle does not seem as easy as it should be. I (or rather my wife) have had it not run when we tried to run it. this may be a learning curve but it is a dishwasher, there should be not curve to learn.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only run this dishwasher once. I did a quick rinse of the dishes, but did not clean them entirely off. It seemed as though the platte racks were too close. I was concerned that they would not come clean. Surprisingly they did. It is so quiet. We did not have to turn up the television while it was running My husbands works shifts. This will be great for him when he is working the night shifts and sleeping the days.
