Very quiet, cleans well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks good, cleans very well, and is extremely quiet (which is important if you have an open floor-plan)... Many will complain that contents will not be dry and this is correct because the unit lacks a heating element, you'll need to learn to crack the door after the washer is finished and let the contents "steam dry." The drying is a pain, but the silence makes up for it. The drying/shine agent is a must of this unit. All in all I am pleased.
Strange rack lay out, may take some getting used to.

Love the 3rd Rack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had several different dishwashers over the last 10 years. This is my first Bosch.
There are a couple things about it that kinda bug me. They are little, but they bug me. (1) When the door is open and the buttons have been pushed, they don't seem to "time off" or if they do, it takes them a really long time and I haven't been patient enough to see it. (2) Also, it is hard to start the machine because my start button takes quite a bit of pressure so I end up having to press it and close my door 2 or 3 times before I get it right and start the machine. That's irritating if I'm in a hurry.
Things I like about it: (1) So far it cleans really well, (2) and I love the 3rd rack (I really feel like my silverware and odd shaped items get properly cleaned), (3) I don't mind that it doesn't have a heating element to dry the dishes and my dishes come out dryer than my dishwasher that had a heating element. (4) I struggled with how to use some of the settings at first so I called customer service with some dumb questions and they were very responsive and helpful. That was a great change from previous companies! (5)This dishwasher is very quiet and (6) I love the red light that shows that it is operating.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works well, as anticipated

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Conducted a lot of research to find a dishwasher that would last longer than 3 years, and Bosch seems to provide the best odds. The third rack is convenient, but, not surprisingly, it steals space from what would otherwise be the top rack. Overall, I'm happy with the cleaning performance and quietness.

Superb design, impeccable silent washing power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed the unit yesterday, which was a breeze and took only 30 min. Washed three loads at Auto setting. At 44 db you can hardly hear the unit at all. Washing results are the best we have seen. Even heavily soiled pots and pans came out perfect. Got a Bosch dishwasher for our second home too. Happy wife, happy life. Thank you!
