[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel like a paid top dollar for a great product but the unit is running loud only after 2 yrs use . I could have bought cheaper models and replaced it 2x for what I had paid. Would not buy again because highly disappointed. I know products don’t last forever but should last longer then 2 years !

We purchased this dishwasher over the Labor Day weekend and have been very pleased with it so far. We can't believe how quiet it is and does a wonderful job at cleaning anything we can throw at it. It was very easy to install ourselves, everything comes with it, except for the wall plug which we took from the old dishwasher. \r\n\r\nOverall we are extremely happy with our new dishwasher.

The Best!

My wife and I purchased this dishwasher one month ago. We owned a Bosch dishwasher at our previous home and wanted to replace a 6 yr. old builders model in our current home. The unit is quiet, cleans well, love the 3rd rack and it is made in America.
It is expensive, but well worth it!

Great Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The third rack for flatware is great. The other racks give a lot of flexibility. The best part is that it's so quiet. My kitchen opens up into my living room. My previous contractor model dishwasher was very noisy. With this one I don't even know that it's running. The red light on the floor is a great touch. My only complaint is that it doesn't dry as well as I would like. It's acceptable, but if you're used to super hot drying, you will be disappointed. That being said, this is a great dishwasher - quiet, efficient, roomy, and lots of different settings. I wouldn't get any other dishwasher.

Great top shelf

First Rate Operation, Dish Racks not so much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 800 series dishwasher appears very well made. It cleans very well. The noise was supposed to be very quiet, but we were still shocked at how quiet! Thank you, Bosch, for the red operation light which shines on the floor!
We got the third rack, which adds some nice room to this machine. Could not get to 5 stars overall, though, because of the configuration of the bottom two racks. Very difficult to load efficiently for us. We do not like for glasses and plates to touch and we definitely do not do pots and pans. The configuration for loading in the manual (a drawing, I might add, and not a photograph), does not work with our glasses and coffee cups, which are fairly normal sized and not the big French cup monsters.
We have had a number of dishwashers over the years and this is the first time this was ever a problem! This is disappointing, because we thought we were moving up--this is the most we have paid for a dishwasher, and it does not fit normal dishes. I suppose if you were just piling glasses in there and not concerned if they were vertical and could handle two layers of glasses on one rack, they would not collapse, since the racks are plenty sturdy. Youtubes of Bosch representatives explaining how to load a dishwasher were, shall I say, inadequate.

Quiet & Efficient!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have an open floor plan with 4 children at home. QUIET,heavy duty, and super cleaning powers were a must for me! I love the features this dishwasher offers. The only way for me to tell it's actually running is to look for the red light on the floor. Also, I'm in love with the 40 minute quick cycle. While I wish the dishwasher was just a little bit bigger, the quick cycle enables me to put the dishes I used to cook dinner in, start it, and it's ready to unload shortly after we've finished eating & ready to reload with our plates, silver wear, and glasses. I've yet to have a dish come out unclean.
Other than the size, the only complaints I can address is that the dishes do come out damp at the end of the cycle. This I don't mind so much, as I know that's standard for any energy saver dishwasher on the market. I honestly don't mind quickly wiping dishes with a dry rag as I put them away. The other is that my fiestaware bowls don't quite fit on the top rack. However, I took the silverware drawer out & put the utensils on the top rack to make more room on the bottom.
Love love love this dishwasher!
