Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have owned it only a few weeks but we are very satisfied with the product. Has a little smell inside which we haven't got rid of yet, but I can live with that. Our last one worked really well for 13 years.

Looks Good, Quiet, Washes Well

Major Dishwasher Upgrade

The Bosch 800 Series dishwasher has several worthwhile features:
- it is quiet
- the red light shining on the floor provides an easy quick check you
entered the settings correctly to start the dishwasher

- the third tray is a great place for all the odds and end items (knives, spatulas, small dishes etc.)
- the stainless steel interior and easily removable screen is easy to clean
One aspects we were not expecting was the steep learning curve on how to
load the dishwasher (as in what best goes where).

It would be a help if Bosh would release an illustrated PDF or video
explaining the intended use for each area of the trays and the various
folding and non-folding tines. Yes, the manual shows some loading schemes.
However, what they show seems to be the dish load generated after a large
party, not the every day mix of what the typical user generates.

Removing the tall bottle? tine from the lower tray really improved the
useable space. Being able to remove it wasn't all that clear at first.

We still haven't figured out what use the non-folding, closely spaced tines
near the silverware basket are supposed to serve. Nothing we have fits
between them. Most online discussions use the area for pots and pans placed
between the two rows of tines.

It will just take some trial and error to come up with a loading style that
suits our needs.

Great features

Love the third rack!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this a month ago and we love it. The top silverware rack is my favorite feature. We have only run it through the wash cycle 4 times, so we're not familiar with all of the settings yet. It is so quiet I wonder how it cleans so well!

Love Washing Dishes!

Our glasses are finally clean. Great stainless steel interior, automatic, and sanitize features. Thanks!
