So quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the old dishwasher was ready to go, I started looking for a new, quieter dishwasher. After checking around and doing some comparisons, I decided on the Bosch. I really wanted the 3rd rack option for silverware. I love it. I can remove the standard silverware holder for more space. I also like the fact that if I load the silverware according to type (all the forks nested together, knives together, etc) then I just grab the group by the handles and put away as one group. No sorting or handling the silverware by the mouth portion. It is so quiet. Had to adjust to looking for the red light shining on the floor to know that it was on. Having trouble figuring out how to load the plate rack because my plates and saucers don't seem to fit into the slots very well. The interior is very large so you also have to bend over a long way to load the lower rack but that is probably because of the 3rd rack at the top for silverware.

Best dishwasher we've ever had!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dishwasher in July 2014 to replace a lesser grade model, of another brand. We researched brands and models for MONTHS trying to find the right dishwasher with the features, quality, reliability and QUIETNESS we wanted. We chose well! This dishwasher has exceeded our expectations in every way and is so quiet that it can hardly be heard when its running and we're having a meal in our eat-in kitchen.
Of particular satisfaction, the stainless steel interior stays clean and there aren't areas for water to secretly pool. The upper rack is adjustable and has flip tines that allow for flexible loading options. The third rack was a nice-to-have feature at first, but has become a favorite features now because it's so convenient to put long serving utensils and even side drain boards into (used for delicate hand wash only items). We have yet to use all of the features available, which is okay because we know this dishwasher will have the flexibility to clean a variety of sizes of pots and dishes when we need it to. This has been one of our best appliance purchases overall and the best dishwasher.

Cleans well, super quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this dishwasher for 3 months and find that it cleans very well and is super quiet. Just starting to love this new machine. It took me a while to get used to the loading pattern and I'm not thrilled that it doesn't totally dry the dishes. So, we learn to adjust. Love the top/third pull out rack!!!!

Worst ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced an old and beloved DW with this DW since I had read so many positive reviews. I regret it. It IS very quiet and I like the "on" indicator light, but I dislike everything else about it. For an expensive "luxury" appliance, I run it twice as often as my previous DW, it doesn't dry, and it has very little useable capacity. It doesn't fit a tall glass or a wine glass, it doesn't fit bowls, it doesn't fit any large utensils, I find myself hand washing far more than ever before. I would NEVER recommend this to anyone. In fact, I was just solicited to participate in a luxury DW survey. I will. And it will not be positive.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So quiet it has a light to indicate it's on

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this dishwasher for about 6 months now, and so far so good. The machine in invitingly quiet with a great upper level third pull out tray for utensils and smaller items. The placement of some of the tines in the main loading trays are positioned in such a way that my bowls and larger items don't fit well, and consequently I cannot load as many items into this dishwasher as the one it replaced. Not a game changer, but I like to pack my machine plenty full before running. Cleaning has been acceptable, but I do rinse my dishes as the machine can sit idle for a few days between loads. Don't miss the heated drying at all as I had it turned off on my old machine. All in all we are happy with this dishwasher, and if it lasts longer than the last one we had, a Kenmore Elite that lasted a mere 7 years, we will be pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even better than expected. Almost an unlimited amount of loading configurations. The utensil rack is a favorite feature and cleaning is the best I've experienced. The overwhelming number of model variations did make shopping time consuming, but worthwhile.
