Buy a different dishwasher

I bought this a year ago, and the wheels fall off, which makes it unstable when the trays roll in and out of the machine,

So quiet!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought ours in November. I can't believe how quiet it is. I can't even tell it's running except for the red light that shines on the floor. Such an awesome feature. I love the 3rd rack for silverware and small items. There is so much space. It cleans well and love being able to just do a half load. I love it all the way around. Best dishwasher ever!!!!!!

Began to fail before the warrant expired

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We intermittently received a Water Tap error after owning it for only 9 months. While it is very quite, the 3rd silverware tray is nice and it cleaned well, it began to fail before the warranty even expired. Who wants the hassle of getting a repairman out, so we tried unsuccessfully to fix it ourselves watching a YouTube video. We finally called a repairman 3-months after the warranty expired - a mere 15-months after purchase. The repairman said it is usually a faulty switch, which he replaced, and it didn't fix the problem. Now the repairman thinks the switch may be faulty. Can't anyone make an appliance that LASTS?!?!?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Dishwasher i've ever owned

Excellent product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quiet, efficient and energy-saving dishwasher that really works! My dishes, pots and pans, and silverware - actually any item in the dishwasher - are always sparkling clean. This dishwasher is easy to load and unload, and has multiple choices to use for cleaning (eco is my favorite, as the dishes are cleaned using minimal electricity.

Best investment we havee made in our kitchen

After checking the online reviews we were drawn to the Bosech. After reviewing and comparing the features we purchased the Bosch and could not be happier. It is so quiet we don't know it is even running .
Our dishes have never been so clean. Wish we had done it sooner!

Two areas of improvement would be: the lower drawer racking system could be improved (almost one third of the pegs in the racking drawer are too small to be truly functional) Second, the touchpad button markings are wearing out. This is a concern if you have the product in use over four years. I can see this as a long-term issue.

The Very Best Dishwasher Ever

This is our first Bosch dishwasher. No other dishwasher we've ever had can compare with it in performance or quality of workmanship.
