ALMOST SILENT WHEN OPERATING

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The options for the cleaning cycles are almost endless. The racks are easy to adjust. We have hard water but the recommended detergent and rinse agent (Finish) results in a virtually spotless load - from glassware to cooking utensils. The hidden controls and front handle are the reason we selected this Bosch model. The Lowes installer was top notch. We are very happy we waited to find the perfect dishwasher.

It makes me Angry when I open it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this dishwasher for 2 months, right away I though I would just have to deal with all the water dripping off the inside of the machine and my dishes full of water like on top of cups and bowls, its always wet all over inside and my stainless steel knifes and silverware are getting rust spots. I have to dry dishes when I take them out. I wanted to love this dishwasher as it is so quite you dont know it is on, washes very well. But I feel angry every time I open it and wish I had not bought it and gone with the other brand I was really wanting.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed with Bosch Disdwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My rinse aid dispenser leaks on my new dishwasher. I have to wait 2 weeks for the part o be shipped to the repair service.
I don't like the big protuding black bar to open and close the door. It gets in the way all the time as I bunmp into it all the time.

I think the racks were designed very unsturdy and will probably be the first thing to break.
.I do like the customer service contact number as the people there are very helpfull.

You know you've made the right decision when the plumber who specialized in dishwasher installs says it's the best! So quiet that the first time they installed this model, they stood around for 15-minutes waiting for it to start. Thought something was wrong since they couldn't hear it but then realized that it had been running the entire time. Love the new smart features. The third rack is now where I put all those awkward lids, measuring cups, serving spoons and other utensils that just got in the way before. It's much more energy\/water efficient then the dishwasher I had before - and yet dishes come out spotless. As the plumber said, \"It's a beast\"! (Meant it a good way! HA!)

Seems great. a bit long on time of auto cycle but lets face it at least I am not scrubbing the dishes. Also we really enjoy top shelf feature as well as shelf adjust ease.

Amazing -- best dishwasher I have owned

I bought this dishwasher in September and am still amazed at how everything about it is so perfect. The dishes come out cleaner, and this is on the half-load selection, it is so quiet you need the little red light to see that it is running and the dishes are dry, even without a heating element. The third level rack is so nice for those large serving spoons, etc that don't fit very well in the silverware basket. The configuration of the other racks are very well thought out. I don't have anything I would change or recommend that Bosch change. I am so glad we purchased this as a replacement for an old one that finally died. Buy with confidence, use with pleasure.
