Best Dishwasher Ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this dishwasher based on a recommendation from our parents and friends. Our old one would heat up the countertop enough to keep coffee warm and was very loud. Also the old one hardly finished without some dishes NOT being cleaned. The new Bosch is amazing! Except for the light telling us it's on you would never know it. It looks great too.

Super quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is amazing! Not only are the dishes squeaky clean, you can't even tell when the unit is running its so quiet. I was concerned about the fact it didn't have a dry feature but the dishes always come out perfectly dry.

So quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just had this dishwasher installed as part of a kitchen renovation and absolutely love it. The third rack helps eliminate so much wasted space that would be taken up by lids and large utensils. The middle rack adjusts up or down to accommodate taller travel mugs or large pans. It is so quiet you will barely know its running. I had a little difficulty starting it for the first time. The operating directions could have been more specific for starting the unit. This model has hidden controls so, I wasn't sure I was doing it correctly. I tried to change cycles and it wouldn't switch. I tried the old "turn it off and on" trick and still it wouldn't switch. I ended up calling customer service and was walked through pressing the reset button. In the manual it is labeled as canceling a cycle. I didn't realize that was what I needed to do. Again not a problem with the dishwasher itself, but simply the instruction manual could be more clear.

This Dishwasher is an Investment!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hands down one of the best purchases I've ever made. I did my homework on dishwashers and it has paid off big time. I have had my Bosch for 5 years and it has performed flawlessly. There have been no maintenance or performance issues.

Doesn't dry

Wouldn't buy this one again. Am selling it. Nearly new, barely used. Doesn't have a built-in heat element to dry the dishes. Uses hot steam. If you aren't there to open the door when the cycle finishes, the dishes get wet from the steam, and stay wet. Mind stayed sopping wet for 2 weeks when I started the machine, went out of town. Imagine my surprise when the dishes and inside were soaking wet, after 2 weeks. Ick!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
