So Quiet!

I bought this dishwasher a couple weeks ago because I was impressed with the ratings. They were not wrong, and the dishwasher has exceeded my expectations! It works wonders, and is extremely quiet. Great purchase!

World of Difference

The results of our new Bosch dishwasher are impressive. We went from a noisy track-home brand that not only left spots and a white film, but was so loud it was hard to talk anywhere near it. Now, we cannot tell if the Bosch is even on if it weren't for the red running light. My only suggestion is to have the red light turn green once all the cycles are complete, and until the door is opened for the first time. We love the clean appearance of this model with no lights or controls on the face, but a green light would indicate that it needs emptying.

Doing OK so far.

We bought this a few weeks ago to replace a worn out one. Were looking for a stainless front to match our range. This model had done well on Consumer Reports and was $100 cheaper then a similar model from another manufacturer. We liked that it was quiet, had wine glass stabilizers and a top (third) rack.
It beeped but wouldn't start the cycle after installing. We called customer support and they were great. Problem was that we hadn't turned the water back on. Would have been good if that had been part of the troubleshooting in the manual.
Pros:
- It is quiet
- The light to tell you that it is operating is useful.
- Really like the top rack. It creates a lot of extra area to get more things clean.

Cons:
- It has a smell like boiled food when it is done. Different detergent minimizes it but do not completely get rid of it - cleaning the filter nearly every time helps.
- It really needs the rinse agent to get things dry. Feel that it does not have a good enough vent to get rid of the moisture.
- Still getting used to how the tines in the racks are arranged. Feel that it isn't as flexible as the old one with vertical tines on the bottom rack.

So quiet

We have had our dishwasher for a few weeks now and it is amazing. Dishes are shinny clean and I really do have to look at the light on the floor just to make sure it's running. Love the clean no handle front (no dish towels hanging everywhere). I tell everyone about it and don't hesitate to recommending it!

Great dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] bought dishwasher 3 days ago and installed on the same night I bought it. very easy install. I works great. It is so quiet that I had to put my ear up to it to see if it was running. The only complaint I have is that the operating instruction are not very detailed. More detailed operating instruction would be a big help. Overall a great dishwasher
