QUIET & CLEANS GREAT!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this on recommendation of friends that have one, and on CR and other reviews. Have had for about three weeks and really love it! I laugh when I turn it on! If it weren't for the little red light, I'd never know! So quiet! I only know when it's done by the chimes it rings at the end! :) It's been cleaning the dishes super well - much better than our old DW ever did. They're actually sparkling like new again, and even ~feel~ cleaner! Same detergent and rinse aid. Just cleaner dishes now! Took a little while to learn how best to change my loading pattern. But it really holds a lot. Love the third rack. I use it for all my silverware and sponges, etc. now, and use the extra space on the bottom rack for casserole dishes. Couldn't be more pleased. Thank you, Bosch!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product 9 days ago. I have used it and found the only issue it was noisier than I thought it should be. I placed a call to Bosch the next day and they have their service person out yesterday. The service person agreed the dishwasher was noisier than it should be and let Bosch's customer service department know. Today I received a call saying they would replace the dishwasher with a new unit. I am thoroughly impressed with Bosch's commitment with their products performance.
As far as features and performance I have had no problem. If you wash the dishes in the evening and empty in the morning everything is dry. If you try to empty it right away after washing the some dishes will still be wet. I load my dishes scraped but not rinsed and everything comes out spotless.

Quiet, great dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for our last house in Florida, mostly for the quiet rating, because the kitchen was open to the living room. It washed well, WAS quiet, so quiet, you had to be standing next to it to tell it was running. Never had an odor problem. I bought two more of these for our house we just built, and a rental apartment...in PANAMA. I shipped two of these here because I wanted a quality product, and the brands available just did not meet standards. Never rinsed a dish (unless there was a lot of food in it), and dishes always came out clean. The cycles on the newer dishwasher are LONG, and this one is no different, but shorter than many others. Can't sing the praises of this dishwasher enough! Like the "on" light at the bottom.

Fantastic Clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've only had the dishwasher about a week but we've already noticed a HUGE difference in how clean our dishes get. Our last dishwasher was only 6 years old but this one makes it seem like it was 20 years old. Every reviewer mentions quiet, well there is a good reason for that. This think is great and we had a conversation standing right next to it which we absolutely could not do with our old dishwasher. No longer do we need to turn up the TV when it's on. I'd actually give it a 4.5 stars if I could because we would like adjustable tines on the bottom rack but can live without them. The third rack is a must! We put all our silverware up there, and a few spatulas and they come out very clean. The drawer pulls right out and it's at a super convenient height for unloading right into our silverware drawer. I added a picture of the bottom of the dishwasher which may seem odd but I really wanted to see that before buying because our last dishwasher had a hole that melted right through the bottom because a spoon or something touched the heating element. That can't happen here.

- There are no spots on glasses (in fact I can't believe how clean they look)
- So Quiet - We can run it during a party even if everyone is hanging out in the kitchen, which they always seem to do.

If you are on the fence about getting the third rack just do it and thank me later.

Super Quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how quiet this dishwasher is! Our kitchen is open to the living room and dining room and previously we had to wait until we went to bed in order to run our dishwasher. The Bosch SHP65T56UC is so silent we can have a conversation, play music and games without any intrusion. The cleaning is excellent as long as we are thoughtful about how we place the dishes: not too crowded and the dirty side facing the sprayers. The third rack is great for extra loading when we have lids or serving utensils. My only criticism is the main racks we have need more adjustable tines in order to optimize loading a combination of dishes, serving ware and pots. Overall I am super happy with my new dishwasher!

Best dishwasher I've ever had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the dishwasher for a month, and have had nothing but terrific results. I even put a plate with dried-on egg on it, and this dishwasher made it sparkle. No problems with the dishes drying (as some have expressed as a concern). The silverware drawer is a neat feature, but does take a little more time to load.
