Great dishwasher with a quirk

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this after much research to replace an ancient dishwasher that had a failed pump. We are very pleased with the silverware tray - especially how well it cleans things up there. We also generally like just how many things we can fit in here and have it all come out clean. Our all-clad cookware, in particular, comes out gleaning, even with crusted on food. It is exceptionally quiet, which is very important in our open concept home.
I really only have one complaint. It seems that the spray arm under the middle shelf comes off rather easily - the slightest bump from a plate or other taller item will be enough to knock the retainer loose and allow the arm to fall off (some of our dishes barely clear it even with the middle rack in the upper position). On a couple of occasions we've had to re-run the load because the middle rack was not clean. Now I make sure to check that it's firmly in place before I run the load and we're all set.
I do wish there was a way to see how much time a load had remaining without opening the door.
Overall though, I would still recommend this machine.

Excellent product and super quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dishwasher online two months ago. The installation was easy and simple. I did it myself by just following the instructions. It was my first time installation the dishwasher.
We love this dishwasher for the ease of use and quietness. If it is not for the red beam shines on the floor, we cannot tell the washer is on. This is the first product I ever bought receiving a complement from my wife for two months or every time she uses it. That is worth more than the price we paid for the washer.

Quiet, energy efficient, cleans well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this unit for over two years now. Once you figure out how to best load your dishes, it is very spaces. It's layout is a little atypical when compared to American products. I love the third utensil rack. It is exceptionally quiet. It cleans very well. The only two minor issues is the low running time, typically 3h and that dishes are not entirely dry following a run. I believe this is due to the energy efficiency standards as no high temperature heating is used any longer.

The silent powerhouse

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, I love the looks great. Love the pocket handle. More importantly it cleans amazingly. Best of all it's so quiet you can hardly tell it's on. I've had to check the red light on the floor just to be sure. For the most part, it cleans whatever we put in there (within reason). We haven't bothered with rinse agent at all, and our glasses are spotless.
The upper rack took a little getting used to, but now we took out silverware basket out for extra space, and only put the silverware up top. It make unloading really fast, and gets the silverware clean.
In sum, we love it.

Quiet - Quiet - Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this 3 months ago to replace our old Bosch D/W, this is the quietest machine ever! You need to see the red light on the floor just to know that it is working!
Just like our old Bosch, the dishes always come out great, and the extra pullout tray works great for all of the spatulas, long spoons and ramekins, even my BBQ utensils. My wife had some doubts about choosing the model with the extra tray but she is a true believer now and uses it almost everyday.

Cleans My Dishes QUIETLY

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my dishwasher for several months b/c they are all good for the first few weeks but I feel the real test is after repeated usage. I can't say enough good things about this dishwasher. It is easy to load it is extremely quiet and it gets the dishes clean. I especially like the 3rd rack on the very top.

Dishes super clean, especially tea cups.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my Bosch Dishwasher. Extremely quiet and gets the dishes super clean especially my tea cups. They have dark stains but the dishwasher cleans them to perfection. I have told everyone to buy a Bosch.
