3 tier and clean dishes! Lots of room!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to use my new dishwasher, we started it and wondered is it on? Yes it was, we did not know a dishwasher could be so quiet. It worked great. We have never had this nice of a dishwasher, and definitely this quiet.

Great Dishwasher; THE BEST

My package was a different brand and I couldn't fathom not having a Bosch, since I own one already (in my basement kitchen)! It's so quiet...I only hear the water draining! It has great technology for washing and drying. NO HEATING ELEMENT TO RUIN MY PLASTIC WEAR! My dishes come out sparkling! My silver wear is never a rewash! I love the tray on top for the silver wear! It makes putting away dishes fast and easy, since I'm OCD about all spoons together all forks...etc!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just got this dishwasher installed and it's so quiet...that you need a light projected on the floor to indicate it's on! The third rack on the top is perfect for cups or some silverware. The look of this appliance is also sleek and elegant! Great buy, you will love it!

Difficult to load bottom level

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that it is air drying (more environmental friendly). In fact, that was the deciding factor for me. However, the bottom level is not loading-friendly. The slanted plate tines are at such a sharp degree. It is difficult to load pots and pans (not enough room between spikes). I've even tried to use the insert from my previous dishwasher, which I loved for its spacious bottom rack. Sadly, it is a tiny bit too wide. Other than that, it cleans very well. It just needs a re-engineered design of the loading racks.
