Cleans! And you don't have to pre-wash or even rin

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am 63 years old and this is the first dishwasher I have ever purchased that I didn't have to prewash or even rinse my dishes. It is fantastic. I am saving on my water bill just by eliminating pre-rinsing, if nothing else.

Quiet cleans great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my dishwasher earlier this month. I love how quiet it runs, love the third rack for long utensils and small items that normally would fall through the rack. It does a great job of cleaning everything and handles a big load.

Cracked strip handle, but excellent cust. service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this model almost a year ago and love it. However, I noticed yesterday that the plastic silver strip on the door handle is cracked right in the middle..vertical crack. I called Bosch just now and they will send out a repair person to replace it. Since it is still under warranty there is no charge. I asked if they'd seen this break before and the woman said, yes. I asked if the new strip would crack with time and she said it wouldn't since it is made of a different material. Great service...glad I called as soon as I saw the crack. Our machine is used daily since there are 5 in our household.

EXCELLENT Dishwasher

I've never owned a dishwasher that I didn't hear washing from another room. Like others If the RED light was not on I'd have no clue it was even running. I'm new to BOSCH and I can say I'll be a return customer.

Bosch is the best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a week ago,if the red light wasn't on we wouldn't know it was working.Our prior dishwasher when put on delay would frighten us thinking there was someone in the house. This washer is quiet and cleans extremely well .Glasses and silverware are sparkling.We like everything about it,our enormous dinner plates fit easily.

Lots of extra space & so quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this model and are very happy with the additional space that the third drawer provides. The slim profile of the door fits nicely in the cabinets and is less obtrusive than our prior model. It is very quiet when it runs...we keep checking to make sure it works! My only complaint would be the red light that shines on the floor...while I love the idea of it, it should be less conspicuous. It's a little too "Rudolph" for me.
