Exceeds Expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently replaced our home-builder-installed dish washer of 8 years with this model. Wow! What a difference. SO quiet! Lots of posts to support dishes in a variety of positions. 3rd rack is cool for little items or pre-sorting silverware. Installation was straightforward...everything was included except for mounting screws for the new junction box.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wonderful dishwasher but needs better bottom rack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher cleans beautifully and has been a welcome replacement. Our only frustration is that the bottom rack is inflexible and very difficult to load efficiently if you have lots of pots, pans, and bowls. It seems illogical that there are not several more rows of folding tines offered, which is all that would be needed. The third, top rack is super.

Quiet and efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the dishwasher for about 6 months. It is very quiet and cleans dishes and silverware well. Love the 3rd rack feature. Only downside is long cleaning time for regular cycle, but not really a big deal at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I researched dishwashers for over a month and visited several stores before deciding to go with my Bosch dishwasher. Every salesperson I spoke with all had excellent things to say about the Bosch dishwasher line. But even with all of that what finally sold me on the Bosch was the feature set including the third rack for larger utensils and lids and the adjustable second rack. The installation was also a breeze. After running several loads I couldn't believe how quite this model is. My wife can turn on the dishwasher and unless she tells me she turned it on or if I'm standing right next to it I can't tell it's on. They only downside to the dishwasher for me is the time it takes to complete a load (around 2 hours). My previous washer would finish in 52 minutes however my dishes never got as clean as they do with the Bosch. From what I was told the new energy efficient washers all run around the same time frames. I'm sold on the Bosch dishwashers and unless there is a quality issue down the road I will stick with Bosch from now on.
