Great Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this dishwasher 4 weeks ago and it's a gem. It is so quiet we have to walk up to it to be sure it's working. The dishes come out really clean and shinny. The third rack (for silver ware & other kitchen items) is really unique. Made a smart decision on buying this item.

Cleans well, super quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this dishwasher for 3 months and find that it cleans very well and is super quiet. Just starting to love this new machine. It took me a while to get used to the loading pattern and I'm not thrilled that it doesn't totally dry the dishes. So, we learn to adjust. Love the top/third pull out rack!!!!

Make it your own!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher has many options that allow you to set it up the you like it: removable top shelf which can be used for silverware or odds and ends, removable silverware tray for more room, and shelves that lower for tall glassware. It's a dishwasher "have it your way" concept and I love it. Things switch out easily, and I always have a quiet wash-important-that leaves me with clean dishes. Great!

Worst ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced an old and beloved DW with this DW since I had read so many positive reviews. I regret it. It IS very quiet and I like the "on" indicator light, but I dislike everything else about it. For an expensive "luxury" appliance, I run it twice as often as my previous DW, it doesn't dry, and it has very little useable capacity. It doesn't fit a tall glass or a wine glass, it doesn't fit bowls, it doesn't fit any large utensils, I find myself hand washing far more than ever before. I would NEVER recommend this to anyone. In fact, I was just solicited to participate in a luxury DW survey. I will. And it will not be positive.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
