Handle is the worst engineered part

While I am happy with the functioning of the product. The handle started to disintegrate a couple of weeks ago as I shut the door to start the wash cycle. Shards of plastic broke off and the handle insert cracked in two places. Thank goodness I do not have a small child. Got the replacement part but found the broken handle almost impossible to remove. Had to break into 4 pieces. Two issues: Why is the handle so fragile that it breaks in small pieces with normal use and how is someone supposed to fix this safely?

Utterly Disappointed

We purchased this dishwasher believing it was best in class, and could not have been more disappointed. True it is quiet, but it continues to have a foul odor, doesn't always get our dishes clean, and just now quit working. If I could go back in time I would tell myself to research more and not purchase this dishwasher. Two stars because the first couple days we were impressed by how quiet it was compared to our old dishwasher. After that it was downhill.

Beware of the horrible smell

I have had this dishwasher for several years. It gets so smelly after just one day that you do not want to open it. We had it professionally installed and have had another service person come out to be sure it is installed correctly. And some times it washes nicely but sometimes very poorly. It is a huge disappointment.

Literally falling apart after two years...

The pocket door handle is made with such cheap material that it started chipping within a *few months*. The other plastic bits, little wheels, that are supposed to hold the racks in place starting coming off within a year and I would find them at the bottom of the dishwasher. The electronics are screwy and the wash cycle is frequently interrupted by some malfunction. When it works, it works well, and it is quiet. But if you're looking for a high-quality, long lasting machine that doesn't need to be repaired every 6 months, this model is NOT IT.

Great features but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer about a year ago. Basic operation is OK. Issue is we use soft water. Using the normal Pods - Cascade or others l, leaves some detergent on the dishes, glasses etc. Pouring filtered water into a clean glass results with some suds. It may save water but an extra quart or two to have clean dishes would be well worth it. Now you basically run a wash cycle and the a rinse after to get clean dishes.

Model doesn’t represent the company reputation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I researched dishwashers extensively. Paid more than I planned on because of the great reputation of Bosch. Very disappointed. Glasses never come clean with the first wash. And not always with the second wash. I’m definitely not happy.

Bosch makes the best dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my Bosch dishwasher for almost a year and I love it. I never have to rewash anything and I always use the Express cycle (20 minutes).
I even bought a new house and took the Bosch with me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent Bosch

Eased our dishwashing chore by a lot. Way better than our previous model. ( Only issue was to get a Loooong pipe to connect to our sink as there wasnt a close enough space)
