Very very quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When my old dishwasher died, I wanted to make sure that the new one was much much quieter. This one is so quiet that you would not know it was washing except for when the water drains out. It does a great job of washing the dishes, I use the sanitize feature to make sure they get dry. I love the third rack which is at the very top and allows you to put small and long flat things in to be washed. I'm still figuring out the best way to load dishes in the other two racks. I'm very happy with this dishwasher.

Amazing and Quiet!

this was a replacement for a 10 year old unit that came with our house and noticed how clean our dishes were after first wash; although it does not have a drying element, the unit is a great upgrade. It's very quiet and efficient.

Best Dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Bosch dishwasher. I had never owned a Bosch product before, but looked at this dishwasher because it had high ratings in Consumer Reports. It is FANTASTIC! The third rack is really useful for all your oversized utensils and little things that might otherwise fall through. It magically adjusts the cleaning cycle to how dirty your dishes are. You just need to get rid of solid food particles, and it will do the rest. It is so quiet, you can’t tell it’s on unless you look for the red light on the floor. The only drawback (minor) is that the wash cycle is long—over two hours on automatic. Highly recommended!

Limited Functionality: European orientation

1. Difficult to install and had to adapt European power, waste and water lines. Side attachments bring the DW too far out - beyond cabinet doors.
2. Racks have tines too close together - bowls take up too much room. Advertised to hold 16 place settings - not possible to hold half that number.
3. Quiet (44 DB) except for washing pots. Third tray. Nylon racks, stainless interior are expected. Like the heating / drying system.

Quiet, but very poor performance

I own the dishwasher for a year and can confirm that the dishes come out dirty. I would prefer louder, but with better performance. I used to own another brand and the results were much better. In addition the inside loading space is not at all convenient for me. Big disappointment. Never again.

Stunningly Quiet

Received this as a gift. At first it's sort of overwhelming. Sometimes German engineering is hard for me to understand. Even while owning BMW cars and motorcycles.
Read the instructions and everything turns out OK. I am amazed at how quiet this thing is. If it wasn't for the red light shining on the floor while it's running, I'd never know.
I would recommend this to a friend!
