[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our new bosch dishwasher this month and absolutely love it. Everything comes so clean and the third drawer is very convenient!

easy loading plus third rack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is easy to load and has a wide range of options for your dishes and silverware. It is easy to operate , runs very quiet and cleans the dishes perfectly. Some of the plastic food containers may be slightly damp at the cycle end but this is to be expected since the unit does not have a heated dry cycle. The dishes dry from the residual heat from the hot water wash and rinse. This is actually a plus since the plastic containers will not warp due to a high heat dry. I really like this feature.

5 STAR THIRD DRAWER
on December 10, 2016

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The amount of space is phenomenal! The top (third) drawer does a great job on all of our utensils. I was surprised that I could fit large spoons up there as well. We don't use the utensil basket at all so we have so much more space overall compared to the other competitor dishwashers we've owned before. I was skeptical at first because I assumed that there would be less space because of the third drawer but that is not the case at all. I've put more items in this dishwasher than any of it's predecessors.

Awesome!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just had the dishwasher installed. Really like the fact that the installer told me I don't have to pre rinse all the dishes. He went over most all the features. I had to cover up the red light that shines on the floor, due to trigger for a seizure. But so far, I am glad my dh convinced me to get this dishwasher!!

Better Than I Expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our new Bosch dishwasher for about a month. So far I'm quite pleased with its performance. We thoroughly research each new purchase and I knew the pros and cons. Strongest plus is how quiet it is. Everything comes out clean and shiny. We've had no problems with a smell that some reported. Dishes from first wash were still wet. That was solved by using the Sanitize setting for extra heat. It takes over 2 1/2 hours to complete a load. I really like the third tray for silverware. It allows me to remove the silverware tray in the bottom rack and have more room for pots and pans. My only complaint is that the lower rack tines are slanted. It helps with dishes but makes it harder to load large items such as Dutch ovens, pots and large bowls. You can put them on the right side but space is limited. If I were the Bosch designers, I would consider going back to the straight up and down tines. I'm adjusting and am getting better at loading. Read the manual and I think you'll find this is an excellent dishwasher.

Extremely happy with this dishwasher!

We have had this dishwasher for over two years now and have had a great experience with it. There haven't been any issues with it so far- it cleans well and is very quiet. We run it 8-10 times a week and always use the sanitize option so dishes come out mostly dry. My advise to anyone looking for a dishwasher is to buy Bosch and stay away from brands whose names start with K, W, M or S.

Very,very poorly designed rack layout.Purch 9/25/1

I bought this because my wife wanted to try a Bosch, but the layout of the racks is terrible, no facilities for stemware, I can't fit nearly as much as I could in our previous one,(which was not a Bosch) the flatware holder openings are too small for our stainless to fit, and it is noisier than our previous brand though it's supposed to be quieter. Should have stuck with previous brand (which lasted for 10 years) like I wanted to.

Dishwasher filter has a design flaw.
on February 7, 2017

If you’re not a DIY kind of person then I would stay away from these dishwashers. The dishwasher is excellent in every way except for 1. There is a design flaw with the filter system. Small objects get past the filter, which has a big hole on the top. Then they get past the ring in front of the water pump, which has another hole. Then they make it all the way to the drain hose where they cannot pass. This creates a blockage and the dishwasher ends up with error code E:24. I have had this dishwasher for almost 2 years. In that time this has happened twice. The first time this happened I had to pull out the dishwasher and disconnect the drain hose at the back of the washer to remove the object. The second time this happened I got lucky. The object was flexible enough to where I could force it through the exit side of the drain hose. The fix is simple just make sure the holes on the filtering side are smaller than the exit side. Other people have had similar issues. Google Bosch E:24 error code and watch the video of some man using his shopvac to clear the blockage. I have attached a picture of one of the objects that caused the blockage. Note my builders grade dishwasher never got clogged in 17 years. Sure from time to time you would have clean out the stuff that collected at the bottom of the dishwasher. That is a lot easier than completely uninstalling the dishwasher.
