Wonderfully quiet and it works!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After limping through years of a not-so-great dishwasher, we bought this Bosch and it's fantastic, though I think I have to take some time to learn more about it. It is so incredibly quiet, has plenty of room, and does a great job of cleaning. In particular, many dishwashers I looked at do not have enough space for the flatware. Spoons were stuck together and didn't get clean. That has never happened with this machine. The top (3rd) tray is very useful and increases the space I have for glasses. Two problems that I hope to overcome: I haven't yet learned how my dishes fit best. It's not an obvious fit. Also, I feel like it doesn't give me enough info regarding what state its in, besides the light on the floor that means it is running. But if not, dirty or clean? If the cycle is interrupted,where and hop does it pick back up? I will probably learn these things if I take the time to read through the manual, but I was hoping it would be more obvious.

No Sounds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had it for a week. Our old dishwasher had to be ran twice just to clean. This one cleans excellent. It's so quiet,you don't even know it's on. You have to look at the floor for the red light to know it has started.

So Quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just installed this yesterday and put in my first load of dishes. I had saved them up to really test out this dishwasher and intentionally left some caked on food on some of the plates. First of all, when I turned it on I thought it wasn't working. I put my ear down to it and could barely hear anything standing right next to it. Finally I heard water being expelled through the sink drain so I knew it was working. My old dishwasher was so loud it was hard to have a conversation in the kitchen. And the dishes came out clean and spotless!! This is what a dishwasher should do!

Love this dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was never happy with my old (non-bosch) dishwasher, so was not unhappy when it needed to be replaced. I cook and bake a lot, so have a wide variety of dishes that go in my dishwasher. This one is amazing! I've washed many items that never would have gotten clean in my old one; have not found a single thing that this dishwasher can't clean. It's performance is perfect. It is also extremely quiet and I love the look of it. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a dishwasher.

Fantastic Service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just received a replacement dishwasher for the one we purchased over a year ago. We had an issue with the handle breaking and Bosch replaced it four times with no questions asked. After the fourth problem they replaced the entire dishwasher with no requirements from us. They sent the machine to the installation company who then installed it at our convenience. The true measure of excellent is the manner in which a company handles problems and Bosch did a great job.

Great All Around Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bosch brand and this model came highly recommended by a friend and the sales person at the retail store we purchased from. I downloaded the owner's manual before purchasing and saw several features I was not aware of that made this choice easy. I especially like that fact that this dishwasher is built in a tub that will detect a leak and shut the unit down, I had not seen that feature in others. The fact that it uses the heat generated while washing to adequately dry the dishes is something I always forced previous dishwashers to do, Bosch recognized that capability and made it a feature that helps conserve energy. With these and other features in this product, the noise level (being the lack of it) that this machine emits is truly a pleasure. When the sales person told me Bosch had a red light to shine on the floor to let you know the unit was running, since it is so quiet, I really thought it was nothing more than a marketing ploy. Not only is this machine quite while it is running, in the wash cycle, Bosch also took great care to make sure the water valve is cycled in such a way there is no water hammering on the solenoid either. Truly an excellent and complete job of design from start to finish.
