Best cleaning, so quiet, & really flexable!

We've been using our dishwasher for over two months and just love it. It's very quiet, has great loading flexability, all the features we need and final leaves our dishes squeeky clean and dry! Bosch has exceeded our expectations in every way.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the way it cleans but the unit maintains an odor between runs. Had it checked to no avail. My daughter has same unit and doesn't have this problem

Really quiet

I thought they were kidding when they told me the red light was to tell you it was running. If there is any other ambient noise in the house, you cannot hear the thing running unless you are standing next to it. The third rack really adds to the amount of dishes you can wash by taking away the need for silverware baskets.

Disappointed

I have an appliance repairman here now, trying to figure out why my dishwasher is leaking inside and tripping the "flood mode" to begin (error message E15). He's been here for an hour. It's new and I had only used it twice before this started to happen. REALLY, Bosch? People expect more quality from this brand!

exceptional design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had my dishwasher for four months now. I love the design: the third rack is great for small things like lids and small dishes and the odd utensil, the silverware rack is very well conceived and the dishwasher is oh, so quiet … love it

It's okay, at best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this model dishwasher about 6 months ago and have been sort of disappointed. For the extra money I spent on this brand, I guess I expected more. The literature included with the dishwasher recommends Finish brand "Powerball" detergent tabs, and so did the salesman. He insisted that pre-washing was discouraged with this model and detergent. NOT TRUE! The first few loads I ran, my dishes weren't even close to clean and had to be rewashed by hand. It was so bad that I considered returning it, but decided to use my old gel detergent and noticed some improvement. As soon as I use all the detergent tabs I bought, I'll switch back to gel, and I'm back to pre-washing all my dishes before putting them in the dishwasher.
I am also disappointed with the design of the racks as compared to my 20 year old machine I finally had to replace. I find that I can only fit about 3/4 the load in this machine as I could my old one because of the slanted dividers, and my cups and round bowls fall over and fill with water. It's okay if your dishes are all the same size, but I have square dinner plates and round bottomed cereal bowls, square and rectangular plastic containers which do not stack well.
I really do like the third drawer for plastic lids and long handled utensils. It is also extremely quiet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
