Worst dishwasher ever!

Doesn't clean dishes on any cycle or dry even with jet dry. I used liquid finish detergent and dies nothing! Would never recommend this appliance to anyone!

Less is More!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the first time I have encountered Frigidaire products and this simple dish washer has a deceiving look. Work horse that tackles tough stuck on food very easily. It was a surprise.

Poor engineering

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had the dishwasher for 2 years and now need to replace it as the heating element bent and melting into the bottom of the dishwasher. The technician said it was due to the fact that it was only supported by 2 brackets and needed to be supported by 4 (one in each corner).

Cleans well, but....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We experienced a similar issue as another reviewer. We have had the dishwasher since December 2014. The heating element must be getting too hot as it is melting into the bottom of the dishwasher as indicated in the pictures. This resulted in water leaking under the unit and into our basement.

Not worth the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have this dishwasher for a couple of months and it already has rust on the dish racks. I have cleaned it diligently and even used dishwasher cleaners but that hasn't seemed to helped any. I bought this to replace a 10 year old machine, which worked a lot better and didn't rust. It also does not seem to wash the dishes very well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Loud & poor wear & tear tolerance

My dishwasher is a year amd a half old and already the door opens further than it should. It's difficult to close and very loud. It clogs constantly and dishes often have to be rewashed. It came with my house as part of the brand new 4 piece appliance suite. I have not been impressed (with any of the 4 appliances) and will not be buying another Frigidaire appliance.

Yikes! I hate to hear that you are having so much trouble with your dishwasher. Please make sure you are using plenty of rinse aid, your hot water is set to at least 120F, and you run the water in a nearby sink prior to starting the dishwasher. This will help the cleaning performance. Make sure the drain hose is installed at least 32" above the floor for proper drainage, and check the filter area in the bottom of the dishwasher for any debris. If you are having trouble with the door hinge, it may need to be serviced. Please contact us directly for assistance. ~ Brandi
