-When select "Normal wash" or "Heavy wash" plus "Heat dry", I would expect everything in the machine would be cleaned, heated and dried. But it's totally not. Everything like just rinsed and keep dropping water. I got technician come to see this problem twice and was told this is the way it designs, cannot be fixed. I was suggested to select "Sanitize wash" to help the dry function. I don't know if the sanitize function works, at least it helps dry. I thought every dish washer will dry things about 90%. Now this is a good lessons learned for me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have owned this dishwasher for about 3 months. It's a great value for the price. One thing...when my husband put it in, the first time we turned it on, it leaked. Could not figure out why. A plumber friend advised me to run the washer through an entire wash cycle with the heated dry on. When it completes the heated dry, it seals the seal. This is not in the manual, but it worked!

Excellent product - dishes are clean. Dishwasher makes very little noise. Appliance does not use much energy. Only issue, I have is that I either have to air dry my plastic products on the counter or towel dry them before I put them away.

I don't have a problem with how it washes. My dishes usually come out clean, but I am the type of person who washes them off first. My only dislike about this is that it doesn't seem to dry them very well. They are usually still wet like the cycle had just stopped even if it has been done for a little while.

Dishwasher is quiet and gets the dishes pretty clean. But the indicator lights are not very bright, and the settings labels - 'regular wash', 'rinse only', etc. are not large enough (and are in very light print) so it's hard to tell which setting it is on. Also, there are two little plastic tabs on the inside bottom that appear to be there to stop water from splashing out the door, but get hit by the bottom tray each time you put it in so I'm guessing those tabs won't last very long.
