Excellent washer for the price

It Is a better washer than my old one which was also a frigidaire. 3 wash arms Vs. 2.

have had this a few weeks and seems to clean better than more expensive high end model that it replaced, that only lasted 2 years.

I am not thrilled with the hot dry....the inside of the machine and some of the dishes are not totally dry...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Your water temperature is recommended to be 120°F and the water pressure should be 20 to 120 pounds per square (psi). Please do not hesitate to call us for any further assistance. Great product except

The rinsing arm fell off during the first use...and melted to the element. Service repair literally told me that it was ok and it would burn off. That was a smelly process. But no other problems. This is my second one to buy.

Just alright.

Bought this about a month ago. Washes ok, but the dishes always seem to stay wet. Also, what's up with the silverware basket? The previous model had the flaps on the basket so you could keep the utensils upright AND separate. Why is this one different? Requested a new basket and it's the same. Do not like this as well.

We do recommend the continued use of a rinse aid. Also, please confirm that your water heater is set at 120°F (49°C) to assure proper water temperature inside the dishwasher. Lastly, run the faucet closest to the dishwasher prior to starting the dishwasher to purge cold water from the hot water line. I am not happy with this product. Its not cleaning all my dish, ff I don't hand wash them first.

More energy efficient, But less cleaning

I bought this to replace a 9 year old Jenn-Aire (Whirlpool), and though it is more energy efficient in normal mode, we find ourselves using "Heavy" wash cycle to get full loads of dirty dishes clean. Whichever mode is used, dishes come out wet unless allowed to dry overnite. otherwise, a good machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!
