A little disappointed

Cleans dishes, but doesn't dry them. I've made sure the rinse aid is full & set on highest setting (as recommended), but it doesn't seem to make a difference.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Teejay71, thank you for taking the time to share your review with us. We hate to hear that you are having problems with your dishwasher. We recommend making sure the filter trap at the bottom of the dishwasher is free of debris. You may also want to clean the dishwasher by running a hot water/dry cycle with no dishes inside, and throw in 2 cups of white vinegar in the unit. This cleans the sprayer arms and the unit and also deodorizes the unit. Hope this helps! Jennifer

So quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher came with my new home purchase. After a year in the house, we could not be happier with it. It's quiet and cleans everything, even if you don't rinse all the way. Couldn't recommend more for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product's appearance is nice. The heat dry button feature is actually triggered by using the sanitize button which can be confusing to new users. I have to leave the door opened to allow the unit to completely dry out sometimes.

Toro4, I regret to hear that your dishwasher is frustrating you. You wrote it turns off in the middle of a cycle, does it display an error code? Do any of the lights start flashing when this happens? Unexpected service from day 1

Happy that they repaired but was unable to use for over a week as I waited for repair. I also had to take time off from work for repair due to service schedule limitations

Hey Angel hope- let's see if we can get your dishes drying. I recommend making sure that the water is coming out at 120 degrees, the “Heat Dry” option is selected, you’re using the correct amount of Rinse Aid, and that no heavy mineral or calcium scale is covering the heater.
