Does the Job

Works when it wants to

When we purchased our home, approx 2 years ago the dishwasher worked fine. It has since then stopped in the middle of cycles, lights blink on and off, won't drain, etc. Its been one thing after another.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good morning, Appowner1976! I hate to hear about your recent dishwasher experience. Does the unit display an error code or flashing lights? I recommend making sure that the sump and filter are both clean. I also recommend resetting the dishwasher from the main circuit breaker to clear all blinking lights. I hope this helps! I really want to like this dish washer, as I do like the design and price of it. However, I have to run it twice - even when I pre wash. Also, it NEVER dries the dishes, they are always very wet still. Very disappointing...

Hi Meme1212, thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. I would recommend using a rinse aid if you are not using one already. I would also check that your water heater is set at 120°F (49°C) to get proper water temperature inside the dishwasher. Also check the incoming water temperature to be sure it is not less than 120°F (49°C) at the sink closest to the dishwasher. I would also make sure all of your spray arms are attached and rotating freely. You may want to double check the way you are loading your dishes; avoid nesting items. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One draw back is the handle to open the dishwasher. The handle is not shaped in a manner to grip and open easily. It is very quiet and does a wonderful job.

Issue with the drain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to call the repairman after only a couple of weeks of use due to the dishawaher not draining properly. Frigidaire customer service was very nice but the longevity and reliability of this appliance is in question.

Worst product ever.

Quiet - great for open concept homes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently downsized to a new home and the kitchen is open into the family room. I was surprised at how quiet the dishwasher is! We can watch tv, sit at the island or enjoy being in the family room while running the dishwasher! No more waiting to run until bedtime (and often forgetting to turn on) the dishwasher.
