I selected this GE freezer to replace a slightly less expensive competitor's model that was not going to work. This GE model works within a broader ambient air temperature range (0 - 110 degrees) than most and it is better suited for placement in a detached garage. It also comes with 2 interior baskets, which will be very handy. Installed, plugged in and ready to fill in just a couple of hours. So far, I'm loving it!
