We've had the freezer over a month now. It cools back down quickly after it's been open and handled a move to a new house with ease. Overall I'd buy it again

Perfect size freezer for freezer overflow

Upon arrival, this freezer was as advertised. Simple, clean body lines and quiet. The dimensions were a perfect fit in our home. I have to you tell you - for the size it is very roomy and designed so you can reach the bottom comfortably. We love the manual temperature control.
I bought this freezer to allow my family and I to do two things -
1. Buy sale items we can freeze.
2. Catch overflow from our frig freezer.

I am very impressed how cold "to the touch" it has gotten after 1 hour. I have to tell you, every time we go to the grocery store and see a great sale on meats or freezer items we had to think twice about it because we did not have the room. Not anymore. Thank you GE.

I bought the freezer six months ago and have had no issues. It makes little to no noise and uses so little power I could not tell the difference it had on my electrical bill.
I would recommend this to a friend!
