I just brought this a few days ago and i love it already. i like the longer length so i can reach the bottom and it has two basket.

So far so good. It's very light and 2 of us carried it comfortably. It gets colder than I thought it would. I started at 75% and it got down to 5 degrees. There is a hole in the back that the compressor sits in. It has places around the perimeter like it's supposed to have a panel there, but there isn't one. I'll have to call support and see if there is supposed to be one.

Good so far, some frost

This freezer was just the size I we were looking for. It's great for someone who needs additional freezer space, but not a huge unit. It's been running for about 3 weeks and I'm noticing some frost buildup on the interior rear wall, but so far its not excessive.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Alot of frost

I had this freezer installed in my home after Christmas. Since installation, the freezer started accumulating frost inside of it. Most of the frost is either at the sight of the hinges or where the baskets hang. Otherwise, I am happy with my freezer. It is the right size and accommodates my family needs.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quiet and solid

This is my favorite freezer, though I bought a larger one with the old design, too. This unit doesn't have the bells and whistles, but it is solidly built, you always know the lid is properly closed and sealed, and it runs quietly. The wire baskets are not pretty, but are helpful.
