Great freezer

Great little freezer for the price....bought it a couple weeks ago....it's very spacious, yet compact...got down to temp quickly, and it's quiet...only drawback is the spring loaded lid smacks into the wall if you're not careful.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Features for the price with ample space.

Needed a deep freeze freezer for the upstairs to hold items that we regularly use on a daily and weekly basis... without having to run downstairs to the garage to our older and larger deep freeze. Anyway, this unit is a great value and provides convenient and easy open top lid with grooves for your fingers on both sides.
Also this item is light enough, even when filled to easily fit in a utility room or even outside on a sheltered deck. It will not cause unnecessary weight on standard flooring. However, since it requires manual defrosting, I would not recommend setting it on carpeted flooring
Last, there is plenty of space inside for any items. There is a deep section in the middle for large or bulk items and places on the left and right side for quick access items. It also comes with two sliding baskets for quick access and light weight items. The baskets slide all the way across the length of the freezer. I like this feature since I can just slide the baskets out of the way if I need to get items out that are deeper inside the freezer. In essence, I do not have to take items out and dig around to find what I need!

I like this chest freezer but wish the handle holes were not on the sides of the lid. This is the first chest freezer I have had that did not have a lip or handle on the middle of the front. Additionally, I wish there was a size of freezer between this 7cu ft and a 12cu ft. This is really a tad small for my needs, but I don't have the physical space for a 12cu ft.
