Needed a new portable printer

throughout the late 1980's and all of the 1990's I had a very small, compact printer that was AC/DC and I travelled throughout much of the world with it. As a freelance writer and photographer it was an essential tool for me as it allowed me to edit my stories on hard copy and in some cases, file a story in hard copy. In time the printer wore out and there were no replacement parts as the manufacturer had stopped making that type of printer years earlier. For the past 16 years I have been without an AC/DC compact printer.
Each time I visited a computer/electronics store I looked for a printer to fill my needs and none met my requirements. They were usually to big to fit in a single shoulder bad for carry-on, the battery was not included, printing was too slow, etc., When I "found" this printer in a Best Buy it wasn't even displayed with the printers and it was the only one in the store! I immediately bought the printer and took it to my home office where I tested it with all of my computers and tablets--it was effortless and the quality excellent! I took the printer on a short trip and it proved to be ideal.
This WF 100 fits in a shoulder bag with my laptop, blank paper, and the tools needed by a working freelance writer. I wish I had found this printer years ago!

It would not pull the paper in. As I wasted both my money and the time it took to set it up, it is worse than useless.

For the past week I have been trying to get this printer to work. I called Epson support and was told there was a problem with AT&T. I called AT&T and got that problem resolved. Now I still can't get the thing to work. I will call your support again but I do not expect a good out come!
To get a "Great Review" you must have a good product!

The printer says open the lid (I assume it means where the ink cartridges go) and remove the protective coverings without showing where the protective coverings are or what they are. Keep getting the message in trying to set up printer.
Further, ONLY 20 sheets of paper capacity!

Watch when replacing ink

Greeting All,
IT is Dr. Reid, BS, JD, LL.M, DO and Candidate for the MBA Degree-3 courses from completion who was serving as an Army Doctor when was traumatically Service Injured and eventually medically separated and Retired with 100% Service Connection. In the interim, as waiting for the Deed to my House, trying to stay engaged and am confused by the fax that my Epson WF 100 printer machine is not printing although have replaced the ink cartridges, which itself is an accepted hassle, as purchasing ink is currently only available through online ordering. will continue to move forward as Epson Products in whole are, in opinion, good products of Technology. Thank you.
