Brand new, photos and graphics have blue stripe through them every 5/16".
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor Quality Ink Cartridge

New out of box today. Cyan tank and/or print head malfunctioning - only rinting about 1/2 of the segments - even after multiple head cleanings. Not a great indicator of product quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I just purchased this product and I have not used it only downloaded the material today. It was very difficult to download, I am not use if it was my laptop or what. It too long to update. Please allow me time to use this product before I provide a review.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Useless printer

Bought this printer in Canada and took the trouble to carry it with me on a trip to the middle east. Guess what, from the first day 3 paper jams. Kept wasting ink on the jamed paper. Finally was able to print couple of documents. Few days later again print out were not readable. Had to go through maintenance and clean heads why? Printing and then reported black cartridge low, again why after 3 papers.....complete garbadge

I like this printer. Just be careful, do not drop it or you will have issues. I'm on the go with my pest control business-needed something portable. It's a must have tool for me. Make sure you buy extra black ink, colored ink and a maintenance box, if one of these goes empty (or full/maintenance box) your printer will not work.

Overall, I am happy with the printer, it could use a tray to catch the papers as they print, and also a longer battery life. Besides that, very easy to set up and use.
