It’s a piece of junk...wasted time in purchase & return

A waste of time and money.
Paper styuck every single time needed to print.
Print quality is bad...reminds you of early 1980, etc.

Only good is WiFi and mobile printing...which you get elsewhere.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I use this for business/homeschool travel and as a backup with our family if needed at home. It is brilliant and I never encounter an issue. Very dependable and high quality. I suggest buying the appropriate travel case to protect and hold cords, ink, paper - always ready to go.
I would recommend this to a friend!

HELP

So far, I am not happy with this product. I got it to print twice and now all of my devices won’t recognize the printer. I couldn’t get the epson support site to pull up the information I needed to troubleshoot either. I don’t have the time to chase down product information or wait on hold for customer service....if I did, I wouldn’t have needed a portable computer

THIS PRINTER CONNECTS EASILY TO WINDOWS AND TO IOS AND PRINTING IS QUICK. SEEMS BEST FOR PAPERWORK, NO PHOTOS. VERY NICE THAT THIS PRINTER IS SO COMPACT AND LIGHTWEGHT FOR THE QUALITY THAT IT PROVIDES. SET UP WAS SUPER EASY AND EASY TO READ!

Hard to replace ink

The cartridge is not moving to center when I try to replace the cartridge by pressing option replace cartridge on the screen. It stays at the location beneath the hard shell making it impossible to access or replace it. I had to eventually restart the printer and replace the cartridge when it moves on starting up. Quite a job replacing these catridges.

Love this little machine. It works beautifully wherever I go. Easy setup. With wired and wireless printing, I couldn't ask for more. I also found a hard case that holds everything I need to carry with it (except paper).
I would recommend this to a friend!
