Easy to use!

It's incredible how easy it was to set up this printer! I am not tech-savvy. The instructions were so clear, I had no problem whatsoever!

just bought this printer for my husband and myself, I am not very technologically inclined, and I have a mac laptop with no CD/DVD. I found the steps to download the software and connect the printer wirelessly very easy. In a matter of minutes I was able to print from my cell phone or laptop easy and effortlessly
I would recommend this to a friend!

Small and easy to use

This is a great printer. It is small, portable, wireless and easy to use. It is expensive to run because the ink cartridges are so small.
I would recommend this to a friend!

One of the Worst Printers I ever Owned

I have never had a printer with more problems than with this one. The bluetooth rarely works, I always have to plug-it-in. The maintenance box breaks easily. And the print quality is poor. The only positive thing about it is the portability and size. I can take it anywhere, then store it anywhere after am done with it. For the occasional print job - it's probably the most economically sized one out there. For printing a book, I definitely recommend looking elsewhere. This is a waste of time and money.

Difficult to use

Bought three months ago and don't use frequently but when I do it's an ordeal to connect the bluetooth so that it prints. This should happen automatically.
Too difficult to use. I should be able to turn it on, have it connect to my computer and print. Instead, I'm sitting for a half hour turning the printer on and off, looking on Youtube and Google to troubleshoot to get it to print.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

30 minutes in and I love this printer already. I had it setup, connected to Wi-Fi and my devices in under 30 minutes. The print speed and quality exceeded my expectations. Great purchase!
